Today is a good day…done w stalls! Big upgrade in the barn, and the cows have shown us already they approve. We might not have been too smiley the other days but on the last day the smiles weren’t hard to come by. The main crew (Tyrone, Nick, Jamin, Adrian, Kade, & Logan). We did have other helpers randomly and their help was also greatly appreciated!

We are going to give an appreciation post to 6203 today along w her sire 7ho14160 Luster-P.

This awesome first lactation cow is supposed to go dry this week but she is still working like she’s in peak production milking 97lbs per day.

We are limiting her to 1 milking per day until dry off in hopes she starts to slow down. (Video was taken yesterday).

Her sire Luster-P has hands down sired our favorite daughter group that we have seen in a very long time. We are milking close to 20 daughters with more calves/heifers on the ground.

Luster-P makes them polled, incredible aggressive (calves that will stand out in your calf pens), great production cows with + components and low scs, easy to breed back, cows you want to see in your herd every day!
