This cake was made for a girl to celebrate her 8th birthday. She chose her favorite cartoon character as a theme on the cake , as she also loves rainbows a lot. I incorporated rainbows on the cake in different sizes as well.

kids didn’t eat their apple slices so I made delicious apple pie or call it a cake. Top it with sugar powder and enjoy it. Easy to make and so so so very delicious.

Another purple set of the cake and cupcakes with butterflies made back in 2023.

It was requested a cake with light purple buttercream without decorations because mom wanted to decorate it by herself with the decors she purchased.

I was getting a lot of orders to make cakes without decors. It gives you opportunity to enjoy good quality, delicious, made from scratch cake at the same time you make it personal experience while decorating it yourself. Your own touch , your own input to create a memory of your own on your baby’s 1st birthday just like this mom did.

Cupcakes with purple buttercream and decorated with non edible butterflies was made by .ta.cakes.bakes. I love them so much 💜💜.

When I was a little kid I remember everyone was asking me what’s my favorite color and I remember I couldn’t answer that question because I didn’t know what’s my favorite color.

And I figured out the answer to that question when I was already 28 years old. 😆😆😆Because it was then that I realized that like a lot purple color especially lavender one. And it was only very recently I realized that that color is the main color for my zodiac sign ♒️ and almost all people born with that zodiac love that color. What a coincidence and discovery for me.

I think at my age is when you get to know yourself well and most importantly accept and with peace with that.

I don’t have so many cakes in purple color but here I got the chance to start this purple row with a post of dark purple lilacs (my fav.) and continue the row with this beautiful purple colored fairytale themed cake that I made back in 2023 for one little girl on her birthday 🎂.

I was so trilled to be honored to make the cake to celebrate 100 years that only 2 years ago I found out that it was actually her 101 years 2 years ago around this time on Mother’s Day.

Somewhere in messages I missed the part when Tiffany said that we are going to celebrate grandma’s 101 years and only today when I was preparing this post and went back into our conversations to upload the photos and videos she sent I saw the mistake I made.

It doesn’t change the fact that I was honored to make honey cake for this beautiful lady on her birthday (swipe to see her). I checked yesterday with Tiffany to see how she was doing and was so happy to hear that they are all blessed to be able to celebrate her 103 years this year.

Imagine instead of the cake with soft and fluffy chiffon layers, with confiture made from fresh strawberries, layers of strawberry mousse and cream cheese cream you are making brownie type thick layers and the sweetest icing as a standard for the cake.
