Brew Day! Today we're making the Bad Beagle Red Ale. Made with 36 pounds of two row, 3 pounds each crystal 60 & crystal 80, 2 pounds chocolate 350 & 3 pounds black patent. Throw in 4 ounces each of Willamette, Perle & Columbus hops and you get a 6.76% APV summer sipper!

Always asked what goes into making a beer...well this is the base grains for my stout..40 pounds of pale ale grain 3 pounds of black malt, 2 pounds of chocolate malt, 2 pounds carmel malt and 2 pounds oats, 4 ounces St.Elena's bourbon coffee...8 hours of loving care later it's better than Guinness I guarantee it
