Beautiful Maryland countryside, great company, and burgers to finish the tour? That’s our kind of workday. 🐄🍔

We joined our friends from Monocacy Hospitality—Greg Brown, Chef Jason, and Chef Edward—for a visit to Roseda Farm in Monkton, Maryland.

We toured one of their farms for a firsthand look at where they raise their Black Angus cattle and learned more about the care that goes into producing supreme quality local beef.

Getting out on the farm together gives us a deeper connection to the food we supply and the people behind it. These are the experiences we love sharing with our restaurant partners.

And, of course, we couldn’t leave without sampling some Roseda dogs and burgers! 🌭🔥

Thank you to the Roseda Beef team for the hospitality and to the Monocacy Hospitality crew for joining us. What a beautiful day to spend on the farm!
