✨Something’s been resting in the barrel house…

Our Matchstick Straight Bourbon spent 3 years in new charred oak. Then it went into French oak barrels that previously held Tawny Port fresh imported from Portugal for an additional 7 months!

The result? Rich fruit. Toasted nuts. A touch of brightness. And all the heritage-grain characters that make Matchstick, Matchstick.

The wait is almost over! Husker, our super-limited Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon, arrives back at the distillery tomorrow, September 6th. We only have about 60 cases so we expect to sell out by the end of the month ✨

Our historically inspired mash bill of 51% yellow king corn, 40% red fife wheat, and 9% chocolate-malted barley and rye creates a bold, rich bourbon with a beautifully balanced, old-world character and modern flare. It makes for a wonderful sipping-style wh***ey 🥃

Husker is crafted to meet the standards of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, one of the earliest federal laws created to protect consumers. Still, the requirements remain the same: produced by one distiller, at one distillery, during one distilling season; aged for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse; bottled at 100 proof, and made with no additives.

Re-introducing: MATCHSTICK STRAIGHT BOURBON, two time gold medal winner

Our Maryland twist on a Kentucky classic has a mash bill of yellow king corn, red fife wheat, and Danko Rye. Matchstick is less sweet than traditional bourbon but still bursts with flavor.

We have a double release next Saturday (3/14) exclusively at in Ellicott City! Join us to taste one of our favorite collaborations, My Olde Friend, a distilled stout b**r aged in new cooperage oak barrels as well as a brand new Estate Grown Corn Wh***ey 🌽

We took inspiration from the great Maryland Whiskies of the past and crafted this wh***ey from a 100 percent corn mash bill grown entirely on the Manor Hill Farm. We aged it for 3 years in 4 use barrels that held bourbon wh***ey, b**r, distilled stout and then corn wh***ey for a light color and mellow flavor!

Limited quantities available, first come first serve and we will have tastings available at the farm from noon to 4pm. We hope you can join us soon ✨
