My family goes crazy over my homemade crunchwraps. Sorry, Taco Bell 💁‍♀️. I make my own taco seasoning, which I will add below. You can always make the seasoning in bulk and store in a mason jar or air tight container. Then use 3 tablespoons of the bulk seasoning per 1 lb of meat.


Taco seasoning per 1lb of meat:
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Use 1 TABLESPOON of cornstarch or flour and 1/4-1/3 cup of water and let simmer for a couple minutes.

First post in a while! Sorry for being MIA. It has been a few months because i needed to take a step back and work on my overall well-being. I want to try and post here at least once a week.

Now that I have started working FT these past few months, life has gotten kinda busy. I haven't had as much freedom on our weekends to meal prep as much as i would love to. So, on occasion, my husband and I go to for our weekly work lunches. It's super affordable, and we LOVE that the macros are already figured out for us. They also have an app you can download ti check out their meal plans. We mix it up. Sometimes we do the meal plan and other times we just pop in and grab the pre-made freezer meals or pizzas.

Not the prettiest 😅, but prepped breakfast burrito filling on the Blackstone flat top yesterday for the week. Still trying to get used to cooking on it. I did shredded hashbrowns with onions, mostly eggs white with a few regular eggs in there, and bacon.

That being said, this is a hefty breakfast. I didn't break down macros exactly, but estimating from the ingredients I used it is probably along the lines of about 500 calories, almost 20g fat, 45g carbs, and 33g protein per burrito.thats with a medium flour tortilla and a serving of fat free shredded cheese.

Not sure what Costco does to have 42g of protein per can, but I am here for it! A typical can of bumblebee has 26g. Hop...

Spaghetti & meatballs meal prep 🍝

Ingredients for meatballs:
2 lbs 91/9 lean ground beef (I used kirkland brand)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
3-5 cloves minced garlic
salt & pepper to taste

Other ingredients:
spaghetti sauce
1 lb penne pasta
fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
spinach (optional; not included in macros)
