This is the stage when the grapes begin changing color and developing the flavors that will eventually become a beautiful bottle of wine. It's one of our favorite milestones of the growing season, and harvest is getting closer every day.

A little behind-the-scenes look at the vineyard. 🍇

This time of year is all about careful vineyard work. The team has been busy shoot positioning, gently guiding the lower growth up into the trellising to support healthy vine development and create the best conditions for the season ahead.

The grape clusters are looking beautiful, though they're not yet in the swelling stage. Every step in the vineyard, from canopy management to harvest, plays an important role in producing the wines you'll enjoy in the future.

Start your Saturday with fresh air, beautiful views, and a unique vineyard experience at Diamond Vineyards.

Join us every Saturday morning at 10 a.m. for a guided Vineyard Stroll through the vines. Enjoy a welcome coffee before making your way to the Pavilion, where you'll take in over 30 miles of breathtaking Texas Hill Country views. Along the way, sip on a handcrafted bubbly cocktail, enjoy fresh-baked treats, and learn more about our holistic approach to ranching and viticulture.

The walk is approximately ¾ of a mile, so be sure to wear closed-toe shoes. After the stroll, you're invited to stay and enjoy a discounted tasting of our distinctive wines.

We look forward to sharing the vineyard with you this weekend.
