I hate asking for help. Could just go to the bank. But wanted to give y'all a chance to help too. With that said. Have found a greenhouse used 5000. ( new ones are 20k plus). Plastic to cover about 1500. Base boards, etc. 300ish.

Why do we cut our up the seed potatoes? We'll each "eye" is capable of becoming a bush. So with each "eye" adds to the number of bushes we can plant. Do they do better as a whole potatoe? It does produce more bush, but more bush isnt everything. As to weither it out produces cut potatoes. Only by the numbers planted.

Is it organic? Here's how I see it. If there isn't some bug damage, the plant isn't apart of the ecosystem. It's super protected by something. Sprays, dusting or something to that effect. Because if your using predator bugs, they won't get all the bad bugs. NO matter how many you put out.

We grow it like they used to... long before conventional chemicals became the norm. Marion and J.W. Ottmers (Oma and Opa) both came from German Texan farming families. Bradley is the youngest of the 5 Ottmers children and is now the 6th generation of farmer in his family.

We grow vegetables every month of the year, pasture raise laying chickens for eggs, and shepherd a heard of meat goats on our 93 acre farm outside of Fredericksburg. Come see Bradley every Wednesday at Mueller Market in Austin and every Saturday at SFC Downtown Farmers Market in Austin. You will often find Gary (3rd child out the 5) leading up our Sunday market at Pearl in San Antonio.

We love carrying on the farming tradition in our family and take pride in what we do... and we have a lot of fun doing it. We’re happy to answer questions when people wonder why they’re okra isn’t growing, or their cucumbers are bitter, or their tomatoes aren’t fruiting. We may not always know the answer but we love helping our customers grow their own food just as much as we love growing food for many.
