There are few things that make me prouder than seeing rows of fresh bread lined up and ready to go. 🍞

To think this all started as a hobby, a hope, and a dream… and now I’m on the way to having an actual storefront! Y’all, CRAZY! 🥹

I hope you know how much love goes into every loaf and that I don’t take a single bit of this journey, or any of you, for granted. Thank you for helping make this little dream bigger than I ever imagined! 💛

🐮💕 Well, Dory had her baby last night! 💕🐮

She did a great job for her first time, and both momma and baby are doing great! 🥰 Now if Molly would just get on board… 😂 We should have another little one joining the farm family soon!

Anywho… back to bakery business! 🍞

Adam headed out this morning with fresh deliveries to Dutchman’s, Rare Finds, and Lochte’s! So if you’re out and about today, stop in and grab your Omie’s BakeHaus fix for the week!

We’ve got two mamas-to-be penned up together, one of them is in labor, and the other is due any time now! 🐮🐮

Meanwhile, they’re just over here enjoying their cubes like nothing exciting is happening. 😂

So tell me… WHO DO YOU THINK IS HAVING A BABY TONIGHT?!?! 👶🐮

🥧 A LITTLE HOLIDAY PIE UPDATE FROM OMIE’S BAKEHAUS

I’ve had several of you asking if Omie’s BakeHaus will be offering pies for the holidays this year, so I wanted to take a moment to share an update!

This year, I’ve made the decision not to take holiday pie orders through the BakeHaus. Instead, I’ll be spending every free moment I can at Fredericksburg Pie Company, beginning next week, learning the ins and outs of their operation and preparing for an exciting new chapter ahead.

There’s a lot to learn, and I want to give this next step the time, attention, and care it deserves. As much as I love baking for y’all, I know I need to be intentional about where I focus my time right now. 💛

The good news is that you can still get your holiday pies! 🥧 For Thanksgiving and Christmas pie orders, please contact Fredericksburg Pie Company directly at 830-990-6992.

Thank you for always asking, supporting us, and being so excited about what comes out of our little BakeHaus. Your support means more than you know, and I’m so grateful to have a community that continues to grow right alongside us.

And don’t worry! The BakeHaus ovens are still on and regular bread deliveries will continue to all our retail locations! 😉

Ummm… HELLO! 😳🍞 Y’all have been keeping us BUSY this morning! Bread has been flying off the shelves, and I keep getting texts asking who still has some left, so here’s your 2 PM update!

📍 Dutchman’s Market
• 1 White Sandwich loaf
• 1 Pumpernickel
• 3 Traditional Sourdough loaves

📍 Farm to Main (inside Herber Realty)
• 5 Traditional Sourdough loaves

That’s ALL that’s left at retail locations as of 2 PM! 😱

I’ll have a limited number of Traditional Sourdough and White Sandwich loaves available tomorrow, so if you’d like to make sure you get one, send me a text to reserve yours!

My goodness, y’all. 💛

I’m still trying to find the words for all the love and excitement on last night’s post. Adam and I are feeling so incredibly humbled and grateful. This community has been such a big part of our journey, and I hope you know how much your support means to us. Truly. 🥹
