Sliced orange, red grapefruit, lemon, & raspberries
1/4 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of red grapefruit juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz Brandy

That’s a wrap on another harvest in Tuscany in Texas, now onto crafting really, really good w**e 🍇🍷🤠

Harvest came a little earlier this year, with some uncharacteristic weather across our growing regions causing the fruit to ripen faster than expected. Now that harvest is complete, we’re already seeing great varietal character and plenty to be excited about this year.
