John has been working as a kitchen manager for over 20 years. He is the creative part of Wind Up Bird. He created the logo and all recipes are his. Sandra worked as an event planer and organized weddings, business events and trade shows. She is the organizational talent of Wind Up Bird. Food is a joyful luxury for both of them.
