Big news from the cellar! 🥂
Our very first Sparkling Picpoul Blanc is officially in the bottle.
We’ve taken this classic coastal grape and given it the royal treatment using the Method Traditionelle. After a patient secondary fermentation in the bottle, it’s now resting and getting ready for its big debut.
Expect those signature Picpoul notes of zingy lemon and saline minerality, but elevated with a beautiful, fine mousse and toasted brioche finish. 🍋✨
