Kalasi Cellars 100% Estate Grown. 100% Texas. 100% Together. For five generations, our family has been farming various crops in India.

Today, we’re keeping that heritage alive in Fredericksburg. At our boutique winery located just minutes from downtown, we’ve set out to create world-class wines -- starting with the grapes we grow ourselves. From our Malbec to our Teroldego, each one of our wines was made to be savored. Whether you’re a member of our wine club or a first-time visitor, we’ll always make you feel at home at our tasting room -- and so will our sheep.

After weeks of carefully watching our blocks, we brought in our first fruit of the season this week. Sangiovese was first to the winery and is now in our cellar beginning its transformation into a beautiful wine.

Club members will get an exclusive first taste of an unreleased, limited production wine. Non-members will enjoy our beautiful 2023 Teroldego.

To round out the afternoon, Chef Cibelli is serving a thoughtful seasonal lunch featuring a vibrant salad alongside hand crafted arancini set in a rich 48 hour tomato sauce. It is the perfect menu to help you slow down, savor, and truly make an afternoon of it.

⏰ Lunch served between 11:30am and 2:00pm
🎟️ Club Members: $30 per guest (ticket limits apply based on tier)
