As a doctor, beekeeping was a way to enjoy his passion for science, yet relax in nature. When Dr. Parker married Priscilla Parker - a masterful foodie with an exceptional pallet - their hobbies turned into a natural collaboration around the art and science of flavor. Thus, Fredericksburg Honey Co. was born. Today, the company is operated by their son, Brandon, who is carrying on the family’s dedication to bees and honey production. Fredericksburg Honey Co. offers an exceptional selection of teas and spices with the highest quality local and international honey. Brandon's expertise in sourcing and specialty importing has brought new honey flavors to the market; finding bee colonies that feed only on certain blossoms and trees, making them unique to particular regions - but available to everyone.
