Your wine feels the Texas heat too. ☀️
Serving at the right temperature has a big impact on the fruit and complexity of every sip.
We all love a chilled pour, especially this time of year. But it's easy to over-chill whites and rosés, hiding all the fruity notes in the glass. Anything below the low 40s°F will mute the fruit and aromatics in most whites, and over-chilling rosé quickly removes its unique texture & flavor.
If you enjoy reds year-round, the temperature matters too. 🍷
Lighter reds thrive around 55 - 60°F where a fuller red, like our estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo are best at 60 - 65°F, and in summer a touch cooler than that. The lighter the wine, the cooler it should be served.
Save this for your next summer pour. ☀️🥂🤠
