Our Granbury team joined Winemaker Sam Jennings at Pecan Plantation Texas for a delicious wine dinner this past week. From the beautifully paired courses to the wonderful conversations shared around the table, it was an evening to remember!

What an incredible weekend celebrating all things Spain! 🥘🍷 Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Annual Paella Lunch. We loved sharing amazing food, incredible wine, and a little piece of Spanish culture with you.

🍇 Shoutout to our incredible harvest crew! 🍇
While most of us were still sleeping, they were hard at work at 3:00 AM, harvesting our Texas Tempranillo grapes! Picking in the cool early-morning hours helps protect the grapes’ freshness, flavors, and quality before they reach the winery.

And those bubbles? That’s fermentation in action! The yeast is busy transforming the grapes’ natural sugars into alcohol, releasing carbon dioxide along the way. It’s the moment grape juice officially begins its journey to becoming wine! 🍷

Cheers to our hardworking crew—and to the newest Texas Tempranillo vintage taking shape! 🤠🍇
