if you feel like your hormones are out of this world - here’s how to come back down to earth 🌍
Y’all don’t be surprised when I keep coming back to foundations - they matter
1. your hormones require nutrients to actually be built - your body KNOWS how to do it , it knows how to balance them - but your body needs you to bring actual nutrients into your body - things like :
healthy fats
protein
and complex carbs
all of which contains the building blocks, nutrients, vitamins, and goodness to build your hormones out 😌
2. inflammation and stress can block your hormone signaling, regulation. think about it, for women one of the major reasons we have hormone cycles is to bring life into this world - if your body constantly thinks you are in a stress response it’s going to say - you know what’s not important - hormone regulation , we’re just trying to survive here . Even if you’re not trying to get pregnant, managing stress and inflammation help support your hormone health SO think
