Our owner, Brian Heath, alongside our winemaking team were recently featured in Texas Monthly celebrating the rise of traditional méthode champenoise sparkling wine in Texas.

Needless to say, we are celebrating. 🍾✨

Highlighted in the article is our 2024 Euphoria, made entirely from chenin blanc grapes grown, harvested & produced right here in Texas from cradle-to-grave.

Our 2022 Blanc de Blancs was awarded a Platinum medal with a score of 94 points & named Best of Show for Sparkling Wines at the 2026 Winemaker Challenge International Wine Competition! Our 2022 Euphoria was also awarded a Gold medal scoring 90 points. 🏅

We are honored by this recognition and could not think of a better way to celebrate than with a chilled pour of both. 🥂🤭

Adding a little sparkle to our Cinco de Mayo with a Sparkling Rosé Margarita ft. Adoration 🥂🌮🌺

Recipe:
1 oz silver tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
Top with Adoration Sparkling Rosé
