Got the old girl dusty this week rolling up hay. Big thanks to the Aaron rook who helped fix the discbine when I dropped a turtle.

I also wanted to take a second to thank our customers continuing support I have had a lot of things happen this last year and had to change things. I will no longer be selling produce, eggs or potatoes and will be focusing on grass fed lambs and beef. Mangalitsa pork was planned to end but will be availabe in limited quantities. If you're interested in any meat please reach out early and ensure your on the list as availability has been limited this year.

Lastly if your in the Fredericktown vacinity we are now offering custom hay work. Everything availabe from cutting to round and small square baling.

We are selling potatoes again for $1 per pound. They will be weighed into potato bags so you can store them all winter!

Available: Adirondack reds, Adirondack blues, and golden potatoes 🥔

Last year our hardened off potatoes stayed good in a cool dry place until April! 😱we grew thousands of pounds for your enjoyment! Help support our local farm business. ☺️❤️

Hey everyone!! Sorry we have been MIA this summer so far. It’s been a busy one with harvesting and bailing hay along with our jobs. We also were able to secure a grant to get the rest of our property fenced in! ❤️🙏

📣A couple things going into the fall:

-we still have garlic heads available 2 for $1 a piece

-we have a few pigs going in to finish out the year in November/December that are available

-we will be harvesting potatoes soon and have those available again for $1 per lb (reds, purples, golds, whites) while supplies last

- AND LASTLY…. At least 5 of our 8 steers going to butcher in November are PRE-SOLD. 🎉🙏 please let me know asap if you want placed on the list for a steer since we are running out. 🐄🐮

Using our Amish potato planter means LOTS of manual labor still! Each potato is dropped by hand down the chute while the machine opens and closes the ground.
Eli & Jeremiah drove while Katie planted all the rows.

1st cutting is all put away!

Over the last two weeks we got potatoes in the ground, and 1st cutting of hay done! This weekend we will continue to plant our garden. Spring is always a busy time of year for us! Jeremiah is big enough to “help” with driving the tractor.

We will be selling potatoes again this fall ☺️

$2.00 per lbs whole hog + processing
$2.25 per lbs half hog + processing
These are estimated 150 lbs hang weights

They will be processed at Young’s in Danville.
