I followed the directions and it was so easy.
We still have pickles available at the farm.

🌿🥔 Fresh cut fries.... Peel potato, put through cutter , place on paper towels to dry out a bit. until ready fry.
Heat oil, enough to cover the fries,,,place a few at a time ,,in the hot oil, make sure those are pretty dry.
(*Otherwise the oil will splatter and can burn you.)
I cook mine until they are golden brown, use a slotted spatula to remove them from the hot oil onto paper towels. Sprinkle with some salt let them, cool a little bit and they're ready to eat.
