Guess what…??? - We are kegging the KnoxView Mule this week. It isn’t yet fall, but it feels like a good time to do it.
This on tap cocktail is made with our Orchard Blend wine mixed with Ginger Beer. We garnish the glass with apple butter for extra pizzazz. Served over ice.

It is that time of the season to start checking sugars in the grapes 🍇.
Atlas and I were doing some brix checks this morning on some of our earlier varieties that we will be harvesting in the coming few weeks. While our yields will be down substantially due to the late spring frost, most of the fruit that is hanging looks pretty good.
Come and get a glass of wine and taste the fruit it is made from. 🍇🍷😊

Come try the new releases of the 2024 vintage. It was our first year with stainless tanks and it was a phenomenal fruit year.
