🌱Soon to join our harvesting schedule: Purple, Yellow and Green Beans and Black Strawberry Cherry Tomatoes!
🌱This season is unfolding to be quite a productive one for our little farm.
🌱We are not into what we consider "peak harvest season" yet, usually reaching our maximum weekly harvest yields in the middle of August and into September.
🌱That's when about 80% of our daily work schedule is harvesting off of the 35+ different crops we have in rotation.
🌱You can tell by how our market and CSA tables start to fill with color and a greater variety of options!
🌱🤝❤️

🌱FRESH Harvested Spring Mix, that you can trust!
🌱Our Spring Mix Lettuce Mix is a combination of 6 different varieties of summer lettuces, cut as a baby greens mix.
🌱Fresh, Crisp, Sweet and Refreshing. Everything you want in a lettuce mix!
🌱We went above and beyond to make sure we have tons of lettuce mix for our market customers this weekend!
🌱The demand is high and we hope to have enough for what everyone wants tomorrow.
🌱The beauty with small scale agriculture is that's we have much more Quality Control dealing with production/harvest/wash/packaging on our scale.
🌱If you've been wanting some fresh summer salads, find us at one of our two market locations tomorrow!
🌱Fredonia Farmer's Market 9am-1pm downtown in the park
🌱Jamestown Farmers Market 9am-1pm 3rd St/Pine St
🌱Hope to see you there!

🌱Greens Greens Greens!!
🌱Our summer crops of baby greens and lettuces are EXPLODING!
🌱We will have tons of options and a large quantity of greens available at both the Fredonia Farmer's Market and the Jamestown Farmers Market tomorrow morning!
🌱Both markets are open from 9am til 1pm.
🌱We've seen a huge influx of new customers at the last couple markets due to the unsanitary conditions of industrial farming and their harvesting/production lines....
🌱If you want to enjoy Truly Fresh cut greens without the worry of them making you sick, stop by tomorrow morning to one of the two farmers markets we'll be vending tomorrow!
🌱Hope to see you there!
🌱🤝❤️

🧅Fresh Sweet Onions are harvested!
🧅We brought them inside to dry over the next month or so, but we will have them available as fresh bunches with their green leaves still attached for a couple of weeks.
🧅Pictured are the varieties Walla Walla and Alisa Craig.
🧅Next to be harvested is our storage onions, which usually take a couple weeks longer to finish up than the sweet onions.
🌱🤝❤️

🌱As promised, Heirloom varieties are close behind in production from our cherry tomatoes.
🌱Sweet, juicy and bursting with complex acidity and flavors, not to mention healthy and nutritious!
🌱Just a couple weeks and we'll have lots of these available for our community.
🌱Which ones your favorite?
