2 gallon Okra this morning. This is batch #4. I keep adding to this recipe. Add Turmeric and decreased the salt just a bit. I tasted an earlier batch and thought it was too salty.

The next food experiment! ❤️
Well….. that did not work as expected. The grits did solidify overnight in the refrigerator but when baked returned to cereal consistency. Tastes good! Guess we will just eat with a spoon! 😜
