It's fair season, so you know what that means? 4-H and FFA kids are showcasing their projects, and so can adults and kiddos who aren't in these programs! I love entering baked goods into the local fairs, and to step up my baking game, I use our farm-fresh duck eggs in my recipes.

Duck eggs are excellent for baking due to their high fat and protein content! If you don't believe me, ask my fiancée, and he'll tell you how good the baked goods are. Try it for yourself!

We have 14 piglets that were just born and will be available in eight weeks as feeder pigs, or we can finish them out, and they'll be at Market weight in January 2027.

EGG-CITING NEWS! 🥚

My grandpa made this sign for my mother's house to advertise when they'd sell eggs when I was a kid about 15 to 20 years ago, and today, we put it up right beside our driveway. We're going to add a couple of drop-down signs for our duck and quail eggs, so it's not quite finished yet, but I was so excited to get it up.

Today is the day!!

Fredonia's Pass-It-On day is today, and we will be at our homestead, which is about one mile below Fredonia, selling our chicken, duck, and quail eggs, as well as our beef tallow moisturizer and lip balm!
