We have 4 full angus beef this month! Contact us to reserve a 1/4 , 1/2 or Full beef that will be processed at our local butcher (Schubert’s in Millstadt, IL).

We want everyone to experience premium , affordable beef:

Beef Prices are high due to cattle numbers shrinking to 70 year lows. As we move into grill season the price is expected to trend higher, reserve your beef now at current livestock market prices ($2.20 on the live weight and you then pay butcher for their work).

Or let us know if you’d like a larger quantity and we’ll get you taken care of. Our hives are located in Freeburg, so this is about as local as you’re gonna get!! 🐝🍯🐝

(Autumn farm stand hours are noon to dusk on weekends, and 4 PM to dusk on weekdays, while supplies last. )
