Happy New Year!

Just wanted to hop on here and say thank you to everyone for an amazing year. 2025 was such a whirlwind that it sometimes felt a little overwhelming but your support is what got us through it and we could not be more grateful.
Opening the new store was a very ‘big lift’ for us and despite having high expectations, those expectations were exceeded and it’s all because of you. Again, thank you 🙏!

As usual we have big plans for the upcoming season. We’re doing another building project next to the farm stand so you’ll be able to keep tabs on its progress as you’re shopping. You might even hear me say a few bad words as my inevitable frustration starts seeping in.
We also have a cool new partnership that we’ve been working on behind the scenes over the last few months. We’ll be launching that endeavor in the spring so stay tuned for more details. I promise you’re going to love it.

Lastly I want to say thanks to the crew that keeps this place humming along day to day. We couldn’t do any of this without their hard work. I’m biased but I think they grow the best vegetables and flowers money can buy.

Well folks, we did it! Today we were able to donate $7000 to our friends at Good Cheer Food Pantry.

You guys came out in droves last weekend and we can’t say thank you enough for shopping at our humble little farm. Your generous support allows us to do things like this and reminds us of how special it is to call this place home. We are forever grateful. Again, thank you 🙏.

**Special Announcement**

Mark your calendars for next weekend, October 31, November 1 & 2 for our annual fundraiser benefiting Good Cheer Food Bank.

Starting on Friday we’ll be donating 100% of our sales from the weekend directly to the food bank. We’ll have a ton of stuff available. Vegetables, honey, pies, berries, snacks, t-shirts, stickers, hats and tote bags. Nothing is off limits. If it’s for sale and you buy it, the food bank benefits.

Please help us give Good Cheer a bunch of money. They’re a fantastic organization doing everything possible to create a hunger-free community on South Whidbey. With all the uncertainty happening around us, including grant funding being taken away, government shutdowns and the decrease in SNAP/EBT benefits, nonprofits like Good Cheer have never been busier. In 2024 Good Cheer served 13,723 of our neighbors and while that’s a staggering number for a community our size, they have seen a 40% increase this year. Just last month in September Good Cheer had over 1400 visits. Crazy!

We’re starting on Friday because it’s Halloween. We hardly ever get trick or treaters so I’m trying to change that. I promise we’ll have plenty of candy ready for the kiddos (or adults) that stop by dressed to impress. Hopefully you’ll come ready to spend some money and support a great cause.

Just because summer has ended and the weather is changing doesn’t mean you have to stop eating the best certified organic Whidbey Island grown tomatoes money can buy.
That’s right, we did a thing.
Over the course of the last few months we harvested thousands of pounds of tomatoes and hauled them hundreds of miles to the cannery so that we could offer you our tomatoes all year long. It was a hell of a lot of work and took tons of planning but we couldn’t be happier with the result.
So, without further ado, we’d like to introduce to you our very own line of shelf stable diced tomatoes. Use them for anything you’d use fresh tomatoes for. Soups, salsas, pasta sauce. The options are endless.
These 16oz. jars are now available at the farm stand so come see us! They taste as good as they look.
