It's the last Freeport Days of the season! This has been a fantastic year for Freeport and our community event days. Thank you all for showing up and supporting local all season long!

On Tuesday, 9/8, we will have live music from Alex and Dylan of Sunset Drive from 6-8PM in the Hope Garden.

We will have our full lineup of vendors and food trucks (pizza, BBQ, tacos and more!)

The Freeport Cheerleaders will perform at 5:30 and Lisa Marie's School of Dance will perform at 5:45 (ish).

Shops will be OPEN including 1833 Coffee and Tea Co, Vivian's Bakehouse Essential Fermentation Lock 5 Tavern Liberty Corner Tavern and the Freeport Area Library

Autumn on the Allegheny this weather has us ready for a fall festival!! 🍁🍂🧡🌙

The John Cossy Costantino Memorial 5K & 10K ( September 19th ) is on Saturday September 19, 2026. It includes the following events: 5k Run and Walk, 10k Run, Virtual 5k ( if you can not make it to the race), and Virtual 10k (if you can not make it to the race).

Ryan VanTine making Hank's day!!

Thank you to everyone who once again made Freeport Days a successful evening among old (and new) friends 🪿

The Sanctuary had a booth last evening at Freeport Days. Unbeknownst to us, they were hosting a foam party on the street, right next to our setup. Ronny was super curious at first, but quickly lost interest and went right back to munching on hay. Hank, however, wanted nothing more than to participate.

Fortunately for him, he made friends with a super nice guy, named Ryan, who was gracious enough to carry our adventurous ducky into the midst of the bubbly fun! Don’t worry, the foam solution is hypoallergenic, biodegradable and non-toxic. Hank was perfectly safe and he had a wonderful time! Thanks, Ryan, for making Hank’s day! 🫧❤️🫧

Freeport Days is back tomorrow evening from 5:00PM-8:00PM!
This month is the much awaited Foam Party!
The Library and Library Thrift Shop will be open. If the weather cooperates, we will have sidewalk chalk, games and free books set up in our front parking lot.
