This applies to so many other things we end up discussing here, but growing food especially. It's one of the biggest ways we interact with the world around us, and a lot of folks reduce food sovereignty to backyard gardens and a few laying hens. I mean, those are great, obviously I'm a big fan, but our aim should be a democratic and collective food system that folds those things into maintaining our communities, not atomized homestead style production everywhere.
