We are currently taking orders to reserve beef for 2024. Butcher dates would be in the Fall (September/October). Please contact us to reserve your beef today so we know how many calves to keep.
However, due to nonpayment after butchering, we will be requiring a non-refundable deposit to reserve any beef.
Deposit amount required will be based off the amount of beef being reserved:
Quarter beef: $100
Half beef: $200
Whole beef: $300
Beef will not be reserved until non-refundable deposit has been paid in full.

Estimated prices for beef including processing:
Quarter beef: $850
Half beef: $1,700
Whole beef: $3,400

Our goal at South View Acres is to produce exceptional Wagyu beef at a blue-collar price. We have a limited quantity of Wagyu beef available just in time for your Memorial Day celebrations.

Ground Beef (1lb pkgs)

Denver
New York Strip
Filet
Flat Iron
Flank Steak
Sirloin
Tri-Tip
Chuck Roast
Rump Roast
Short Ribs
Soup Bones

Roasts are 3-4lbs each
Steaks are 1lb or less each
