I really wanted to lay down with a heating pad and an Epsom salt foot bath after a long day on my feet in the creamery. I'm feeling really grateful that I chose instead to take Paco for a walk down to close up the greenhouse at just the right moment.

I will have lots of seedlings for sale starting in may at our outdoor market on Saturdays in Brunswick, and I will open up our greenhouse for a few in person sales at the end of May/beginning of June.

Getting more set up every day. Tomorrow we will make feta and then Friday we will be making a huge batch of Tide Line, Frost Gully and fromage frais. Can't wait to be full back in the swing of things

This lonely batch of Bradbury Mountain blue is all we have left in the cave. It's a batch that I made back in January at the Milkhouse. 40 wheels. Normally at this time of year we have more than 300 wheels of blue in the cave in anticipation of the summer busy season.

So, it's with great (but very exhausted) excitement that we will be making 100 gallons of milk into blue TODAY in our newly renovated and built out creamery. We got the go ahead from the state bright and early this morning!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Hoping to have Tide Line and Frost Gully back in a little over two weeks, and we start re-fillng the caves this week.

It's been an incredibly stressful nearly 5 months, and there are still plenty of things on the list to cross off, but we are back, baby!!!

This feels significant. The first product in the new walk in, in the new creamery. A batch of feta, the last batch (of quite a few) made over the past four months. From now on it will be feta made right here in this new, beautiful, unbelievable space.
Endless thank yous to the Milkhouse for your generosity with your space. (And also, I'm very excited not to have to use it anymore!!!)

We are getting so close. Who else is ready to have Tide Line and Frost Gully back in their lives??? 🙋
Fingers crossed for making cheese in the new space next week.....
