Well we had a Great time out at the Juneteenth Celebration in Butler Tx… Great turnout.

I think we have recuperated☺️. Next stop is Mexia Tx. Saturday, June 26 at Tractor Supply 1011 E Milam St

from 1pm to 7pm.
See you there. Since we sold out of Oxtails last visit to Mexia we have a pre-order option this time. I will take orders up to Friday morning. If you are wanting to pre-order for oxtail plates, please message me via messenger or in this message and I will reach out to collect payment. The plates are the Wagu Oxtails (2 to 3 depending on size) come with Rice and Cabbage for $32. If you like to trade out sides it will be $34 per plate. You can always add extra sides for $3.

We will be serving our full menu. Fried Catfish, Fried Chicken boxes, Fried Ribs, Pork Chops, BBQ loaded Fries, BBQ Loaded Hashbrowns , BBQ Rice Bowls in fried shells , Oxtail plates.. see menu below.

This Saturday Don’t forget to Follow the Truck to Palestine Tx for the Juneteenth Celebration part 1 😎. Part 2 Juneteenth we will be in Butler Tx. On June 20th.
We will be In Palestine from 9am - 6pm. So you have plenty of time to see us😊.

We will have the below:
*Fried Fish plates and baskets
*Fried Rib baskets and plates
*Fried Pork chops basket and plates
*Smothered Oxtail bowls and plates
*Chicken wings baskets (sauce choices)
*BBQ Loaded Fries ( brisket or links, or pulled Pork or roasted chicken
* Loaded BBQ Hashbrown- ( brisket or links, or pulled Pork or roasted chicken )
*BBQ Sandwiches ( brisket or links, or pulled Pork)

Vegetables- Collards, Candied Yams, Cabbage, Pinto Beans, fries, fried okra, Coleslaw, Mac & Cheese

Dessert: Banna Pudding

Oh How I miss this twisted Enchilada made with homemade sauce with specialty cheese & our Smoked Brisket 👀😋

I created this masterpiece out of much love🥰.. Every Flavor infused together…I will let you know when I pop it back out on the Menu for you to try or try again 😊

Thanks to Mexia, TX, surrounding areas, Waco, and Dallas for supporting our family business today. We will see you all in the month of June! We will come once a month on a Saturday! We will do Pre orders for Oxtails next time since we sold out. Make sure to make sure everyone gets their craving 😎😊
