So grateful for another sweet returning customer ❤️
This time, we created 4 dozen custom cupcakes for the birthday girl to share with her ballet teachers & classmates, as well as her Kpop dance team✨ Her thoughtful mama even provided photos of the birthday girl’s Kpop performance outfit, so we could design custom chocolate toppers inspired by her actual stage look. Every cupcake became a tiny piece of her performance and personality❤️ Seeing how much the guests and everyone loved them truly made all the hard work worth it🥹 Thank you again for your continued support and trust — it means so much to be part of your sweetest celebrations ❤️

From construction car themes, 🌵succulent piping cakes, Tomica CR25, Mike & Sulley, Spidey fondant toppers… to this year’s astronaut moon landing theme. I can’t believe little birthday boy is already turning 6. So thankful for this sweet family’s continued support over the years. This mama puts so much love into every celebration — from the custom desserts, handmade goodie bags, to the thoughtfully prepared party setup and every little detail in between ❤️

Creating these cakes year after year truly feels like growing up alongside the birthday boy. Each year brings a new theme, new ideas, and new creative challenges, and I’m so grateful for the trust and freedom to design something special every time. Wishing your family nothing but happiness and smooth new beginnings ahead. Feeling so spoiled lately 🥹 Thank you Amy for bringing me freshly picked mulberries today — sweet in my mouth and even sweeter in my heart ❤️

It’s officially mulberry season ✨ These little deep purple berries are packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, and iron, and are known for their beauty and wellness benefits too. Sweet, juicy, slightly tart… honestly impossible to stop eating 😆 They also make the prettiest topping for honey toast 🍞✨ That deep purple color with cream and powdered sugar just screams spring & summer.

Now my dessert brain is running wild: Mulberry panna cotta, mulberry Basque cheesecake, mulberry tart, sparkling drinks, jam, yogurt parfaits… even mulberry macaron filling sounds amazing 😍 Looks like the baker lady is about to start a mulberry series soon 😂

🍓 This cake was originally meant as a gift for a manager—but it ended up being kept and enjoyed in the end 😆

A lovely custom order ❤️ A client commissioned this palette-knife buttercream cake as a gift for their manager’s celebration, with a special request for full sweetness—because he has a serious sweet tooth 😆

Palette-knife cake is created directly on the surface with a spatula, forming natural flowing strokes and delicate color gradients. Each cake is uniquely handcrafted 🎨

Perfectly timed with strawberry season, Le Bijou de J prepared its signature slow-cooked strawberry compote, which is then transformed into a strawberry Italian meringue buttercream, creating a bright, sweet-tart balance 🍓 The cake base is a Valrhona chocolate chiffon—light, moist, and airy, blending beautifully with the strawberry layers 🍫

In the end, since the manager had already been celebrated multiple times at the office, the clients couldn’t resist the finished cake and decided to secretly keep it for themselves 😆

This time, the owner personally went to the farm to hand-pick strawberries 🍓✨ Carefully selected, gently washed, and naturally air-dried—where we unexpectedly discovered each one shaped like a tiny heart.

At Le Bijou de J, these strawberries are incorporated into custom desserts as fillings and decorative details, adding a touch of nature and warmth to every creation.
