This achievement is a testament to the power of community and the impact that this community can have in helping someone realize their dreams. We're committed to continuing to push the boundaries of excellence in food and service, and we're grateful for the opportunity to share our vision with you.
Every smile, every 'hello,' every “Hey, you’re Salt and Pepper” and every moment we share with you is a reminder of the importance of our work and fills us with a sense of pride that we struggle to put into words.

We have been asked to participate in a small town staple, one that we believe will continue for ages we hope , without further adieu, the 505 Street Dance. One of us will be demonstrating impressive rhythmic skills and dancing ability while the other is severely requiring improvement. We will allow you to speculate on our respective abilities (crumpled 1 dollar bills are appreciated).

Who: Your favorite dynamic duo.

When: This Saturday, June 6th, we begin serving at 5 pm.

We're excited to announce a new event coming soon! Join us June 6th for a Street Dance with the Nebraska All-Star Rock & Roll Band!

We'll have free entry and kids activities starting at 1 p.m.! $5 admission starts at 6 p.m. and music at 7! Salt & Pepper BBQ will have food for purchase starting at 5 p.m.

One of our owners has successfully undergone surgery and is faring well. The recovery process will be lengthy, but we are confident that we will overcome the challenges ahead. We eagerly anticipate seeing you at the Fremont Antique Car Club, Inc. Show and Shine, which will take place at Trinity Lutheran Church on May 9th. Registration begins at 9am, and trophies will be presented at 1 pm. We invite you to join us and try our newest menu item, as well as a beloved classic. We're putting the rumors to rest: we're not gone, we're just taking a little breather. One of our owners is dealing with some health issues, but we're not letting that slow us down for long. We're still the same crew, still ready to bring the heat. Thanks for checking in on us - it means a lot. And don't forget to come see us at the show and shine car show at Trinity Lutheran Church on May 9th. We'll be there, and we'll be ready to roll even if that means a wheel chair.
