Well, it's been 7 years since we started making cheesecakes. Trust me when I say, we did not have some sort of future dream of baking over 1,000 batters a year! However, at a time when our kids were little, and being able to stay home to do something I love and still be present with them, God gave us something so special. I'll never forget our launch party and being so excited afterward, when we received our first 2 or 3 orders! Within 3 months, I quit my job and went full time. I have this amazing memory, especially, shortly after, of attending a craft show where we sold our mini cheesecakes and seeing people crowded around our booth holding up order tickets to get them before they were gone! I remember selling over 1,200 mini cheesecakes in one weekend, and then going home and taking a very long nap! lol! And then our business relationships started. It was so surreal to walk into restaurants that that we supply to, and to see complete strangers eating a slice of cheesecake that I had made in my own kitchen!
I've grown so much through this experience, and I'm so thankful to God for both blessing and entrusting me with something I could pour my heart, love, and creativity into in this season, and to be paid to do it!
It's bittersweet, but, as our lives are changing, and after much praying and consideration, we've decided that it's time for us to move on from this season of our lives.
I want to thank all of the businesses that believed in our product and hosted our cheesecakes as a part of your menu. And I want to thank all of our customers for blessing us with your business. I've enjoyed so much interacting with all of you, and I hope that you were blessed by the cheesecake that you received. It was made with love.
NOW TILL SEPTEMBER
We will be continuing to take orders and serve cheesecakes through the month of August, and will continue supplying to the restaurants that we have a relationship with during that time.

I would love nothing more than to see someone who loves baking and loves our cheesecakes to take them, and grow them to a whole new level.
