After checking and rechecking tags and tattoos, figured out tonight that we have just 2 does left that have not yet been covered for the fall!! Winston gets the honors of covering both of them.

Two others conveniently came into heat in the last 24 hours.

We still have a few coming back into heats, but hopefully everyone should be bred by the middle of this month!!

That makes a total of 81 does bred for this coming kidding season…over 50 of them are due in the first 18 days of February 🤦‍♀️

Between last Sunday and today, we got all the males feet and shots done and I got all the milking does done today! That’s a total of 17 males and 69 does done so far!!

Now we just have to get the yearlings and current year doe kids trimmed up!
