We were able to go to Peru 🇵🇪 for a missions trip. Of course no trip would be complete in the cold climate without some chicken and French Settlement Sausage andouille gumbo. We shipped the andouille and made a 10 gallon pot using Berthelot’s red pepper. Another 10 gallon pot tonight. The Peruvians loved it.
