I want to add something new to the menu before my year ends this season. This one is a little near and dear to my heart. A little back story for this, my mamaw passed away a year ago. She was the light of our lives. She operated a food truck back when we had the salt lick homecomings. I can remember her little trailer it was like a camper. Only thing I can remember her fixing is polish sausage with onions and peppers. So this one is for her! We all love and miss her so much! I wish she was here to help me through this adventure!
