𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒓!

You may recognize this familiar face behind the bar pouring your beers and creating an absolute immaculate vibe in the taproom. This is the first beer in our series of recipes inspired by our bartenders, and Adam helped dream this one up.

For the first iteration of our bartender inspired beer series, Adam wanted to create a lemony fruited lager that’s both crisp and crushable for the summer. We started with a simple base of pale pilsner malt, hopped it throughout the boil with Kazbek, and hit it with Motueka in the whirlpool for a citrus-forward hop profile. Then, we added a touch of Sicilian lemon purée post-fermentation. Notes of lemon pez candies, lemon seltzer, and herbal lemon amaro.

We’ve got a brand new collab beer with our friends over at Alternate Ending Beer Co. // New Jersey Brewery this week. It’s a style that’s crisp and classic with a modern twist. It’s absolutely crushable and was a blast to create together!

This beer is brewed in collaboration with our friends at Alternate Ending Beer. We knew we wanted to brew a lager with them, a style that is near and dear to both of our hearts. This Pilsner is a modern take on a crisp and crushable style, incorporating German, West Coast, and New Zealand hops. It’s hopped in the whirlpool with Citra Incognito and dry hopped with Citra, Cascade, and Riwaka. Notes of honeysuckle, grapefruit zest, and lemon balm.

New on the menu today is an amber lager using 100% Hillary Farmhouse Pilsner & Light Munich Malts. This is the perfect beer to showcase the complexity of these beautiful malts.

𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐑 • 𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝐋𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐖/ 𝐍𝐉 𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐓 • 𝟒.𝟓%
An amber lager brewed with 100% NJ grown Rabbit Hill Malt from Shiloh, NJ with a 50/50 base of Farmhouse Pilsner and Light Munich malts. It’s hopped throughout the boil with a blend of Hallertau Mittelfruh, Tettnang, and Saaz for an earthy and spicy noble hop flavor. Fermented cold with our house lager yeast and lagered slowly and naturally carbonated over several weeks. Notes of lightly toasted pumpernickel bread, toffee, and black tea.
