This English style Extra Special Bitter (ESB) is brewed in collaboration with our friends Josh and Kevin from Requiem. They are working on opening up a place of their own, but in the meantime, they are distributing some really delicious b**r along the East coast. Brewed with a base of assorted Simpsonโ€™s malts from the U.K. and hopped in the mash with whole leaf Emperor hops from Charles Faram & Co. Itโ€™s hopped throughout the boil with traditional East Kent Goldings, followed by steeping some whole leaf Olicana hops from the U.K. in the whirlpool. Notes of earthy tea with honey, toffee, and slightly overcooked biscuits.

A hazy pale ale brewed with our hazy IPA base of Pilsner malt & flaked oats and wheat for a full mouthfeel. Hopped in the whirlpool with NZ Rakau and dry hopped with Rakau, Motueka, Peacharine, and Nelson Sauvin. We brewed this b**r for Jose , a fundraiser for cancer research founded by a friend who lost his mother to her battle with cancer. We brewed Soar in honor of Terri, owner/brewer Julieโ€™s mother who beat her battle with breast cancer and is now in remission! We are donating $1 from each draft pour to the American Cancer Society.

A German Pilsner that is brewed in the Northern German style, which leans more hop forward, dry, and crisp with less malt sweetness. The base begins with a blend of our favorite Weyermann malts from Germany and is hopped throughout the boil with our favorite German hop, Hallertau Blanc. Fermented with our house l***r yeast and carbonated naturally throughout the l***ring process. Notes of fresh lemon zest, crackers, and black peppercorns.
