I’m truly honored to have been invited to compete at The Black Smoke Invitational later this month in beautiful Moss Landing.

This event brings together some of the best pitmasters around, including competitors from Food Network’s BBQ Brawl, with celebrity judges like Chef Tyler Florence and Kevin Bludso host of Netflix BBQ showdown…To be invited to cook alongside that kind of talent is something I’m incredibly grateful for.

I have a lot of respect for everyone competing, but I’m looking forward to the challenge. Every competition is an opportunity to learn, improve, and put everything I’ve worked on to the test. I’ll be representing Me & Mom’s BBQ and the 559 with pride and giving it everything I’ve got. Black Smoke Invitational
