🎓 Congratulations, Elijah! 🎉

Since joining our team in 2021, Elijah has grown into a leader, a 4-time Remarkable Futures Scholarship recipient, and a Stanford University student pursuing a degree in Symbolic Systems.

One of his favorite Chick-fil-A memories was opening his Stanford acceptance letter during a break at work and being celebrated by the entire team. ❤️

We are incredibly proud of all he has accomplished and grateful for the impact he has made on our restaurant over the past five years.

Melissa Thao joined Chick-fil-A in October 2022 and has shown incredible growth within the restaurant ever since. Starting as a team member, she stepped into training roles and has now grown into a Front of House Captain, leading both her Drive-Thru and Front Counter teams with confidence and care. She is also graduating from Fresno State, marking an exciting milestone in her journey.

One of Melissa’s favorite Chick-fil-A memories is the friendships she has built and meeting people with similar goals and ambitions. Another core memory for her is becoming a captain—an experience that represents how far she has come from being super shy to now confidently leading and guiding her team through shifts.

Her go-to Chick-fil-A order is a Spicy Deluxe with no pickles, along with a Cookie Parfait.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling when she gets the chance, going on walks, and spending quality time with loved ones. She is currently studying Human Biology on a Pre-Allied Health track.

Melissa’s dream is to become a labor and delivery nurse. Her next major goal is to get into nursing school and continue building toward the career she has been working so hard for.

Now, she is studying to take her TEAS exam and is fully focused on taking the next step in her journey.

Whether she’s leading her teams, building friendships, or preparing for her future in healthcare, Melissa continues to grow with heart, determination, and purpose.

From the moment Athena Sitthi joined the Chick-fil-A team in May 2026, she has brought a thoughtful, grounded presence to every shift.

Her favorite Chick-fil-A memory is a simple but meaningful one—coming home after a long day and seeing her dad already enjoying a chicken sandwich smothered in sauce, saying he couldn’t wait for her to get home to eat. What made it special was the playful, almost childlike energy in the moment, something she doesn’t often get to see from him. It became a reminder of how small moments can bring light into a long day.

Athena’s go-to Chick-fil-A order is a Chicken Sandwich meal with extra pickles, a small to medium mac & cheese, and a Sunjoy—or even better, a Frosted Lemonade.

Outside of work, she enjoys volleyball, gaming, board games, photography, and traveling. She is currently studying Business Administration, building a strong foundation for her future goals.

Athena dreams of becoming a broker and eventually stepping into a leadership role as the director of a business or nonprofit her parents hope to build one day. Her future plans include finishing her bachelor’s degree in business administration and earning her Real Estate License.

Whether she’s serving guests, studying for her future career, or capturing moments through her lens, Athena continues to lead with purpose, curiosity, and heart.

From the moment Brendan Logan joined the Chick-fil-A team in August 2024, he has brought a thoughtful and service-driven mindset to every shift.

Brendan graduated from Clovis North High School, and he was recently awarded a Chick-fil-A scholarship in recognition of his dedication and future goals—an accomplishment that will help support his continued education and career journey.

One of Brendan’s favorite Chick-fil-A memories is anytime he gets to surprise and delight guests, but one moment that stood out most was giving a pregnant couple extra dessert DOCs so their baby could enjoy a treat one day. It’s a reflection of his care, intentionality, and heart for others.

His go-to Chick-fil-A order is a Spicy Sandwich with extra, extra pickles and bacon.

Outside of work, Brendan enjoys thrifting, listening to and collecting music, and experimenting with different types of coffee and tea. He also helped serve at Fresno Mission Bullard Thrift Store during the Chick-fil-A renovations, continuing to live out his heart for community service even outside of work.

Brendan is currently studying Biology on a Pre-Med track with a minor in Psychology.

His long-term goal is to become a psychiatrist. He hopes to give back to his community through more volunteering opportunities, transfer to UC Irvine in the next two years, and continue his path toward medical school and a career in healthcare.

Whether he’s serving guests, supporting his community, or building toward his future in medicine, Brendan continues to lead with compassion, curiosity, and purpose.

Since joining the team in May of 2024, Ariana has made a lasting impact through her heart for others.

One of Ariana’s favorite parts about working at Chick-fil-A has been the friendships she’s built along the way. The connections and memories made with her team have helped create an experience she’ll always value.

Outside of work, Ariana enjoys running and spending time with friends.

She has graduated from Fresno Pacific University with a degree in Psychology and has dreams of becoming an elementary school teacher. Her passion for helping and encouraging others shines through in everything she does.

Ariana’s goals are focused on continuing her education and working toward a future in the classroom, where she hopes to make a difference in the lives of young students.

During the summers, she also hopes to travel and explore new places along the way.

Whether she’s supporting her team, building friendships, or preparing for her future career, Ariana continues to grow into someone who leads with kindness and purpose.

Andres Gonzalez
From working in the heart of house to behind the camera, Andres Gonzalez has continued to grow both personally and professionally since joining Chick-fil-A in August 2023.

One of Andres’ favorite memories at Chick-fil-A was reopening after the remodel and seeing the entire team reunited again. That moment reminded him how meaningful connection and teamwork can be.

In the kitchen, Andres is known for his consistency, hard work, and team-focused mindset. Outside of work, you can usually find him at the gym, exploring photography, or learning more about motorcycles. His creativity has also made an impact at our restaurant, helping capture special Chick-fil-A events through photos and videos.

Andres graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Graphic Design, focusing on interactive and multimedia design. He hopes to become a UX/UI or Product Designer, creating digital experiences for a media or tech company. His goals include building a strong portfolio, gaining experience through design work, and continuing to grow his skills in UX/UI, motion, and digital experiences.

Whether he’s supporting the team in the kitchen, capturing moments behind the lens, or designing for the future, Andres continues to use his talents to make an impact. We’re excited to see all the places his creativity and dedication will take him!
