•Today we're serving one of our favorite entrées, the Chicken Ballontine.
•This chicken breast is stuffed and rolled with a Jalapeno, Cream Cheese, Bacon and broccoli filling.
•You get to season however you like, we like it with olive oil, salt and parsley.
•The best part is choosing what delicious sauce and sides to serve it with.
•Any ideas?
