sic Store in Fig Garden Village. It was long hours for them and left me at home to find Dinner. Mostly microwaving frozen burritos... but then I would see these recipes and started making Chicken and started cooking Pastas. Purely experimental. But then I noticed how my parents would slumber home in a daze, but once they started eating i could see an attitude shift. They would become happy and joyful. That feeling of Making people feel better with Taste of garlic and lemon and oregano.. I ended up in culinary school and just became a sponge. Once I graduated and came back to Fresno, it was very hard to find a job. I worked for many Chefs, Jer And Rodney Hansen Matt Babcock and Roy Harland. But it was never my own flavors. It was Malachi or Floral or Harland or Sully or some other Chefs. So I joined the IATSE Union and started as a lighting designer.I ended up at Tower Theatre working with both My Mother Susan Neville and My Father Chester Neville. And for 15 years we were happy........ Until Tower Sold, or didn't sell, or Just got rid of us? So now I work for CDH Lighting Design and on Thurs and Fridays I BBQ outside of my Brother in Laws Gym on Fulton Ave in between Olive and Belmont hoping to finally open a BBQ spot in Tower.......Cause we need one.
