Last winter's view of the barn. Open run in on southern end, two 12'x12' run in stalls on the north end. 17 (including miniature horse) stalls, wash bay, tack room and feedroom and saw dust bay, loft open to the sawdust bay, large paddock off southern end, small paddock off eastern side (back) of barn, small paddock and access to pasture on north side, large paddock with run in (2 10'x10' stalls) across drive. Sitting well back from the road on the edge of the state forest, in the picturesque hills of Chautauqua/Cattaraugus counties.
