At Solitary Cellars Wine Company, we start with the best fruit the region has to offer, sourcing our grapes from Lake County, the Santa Lucia Highlands, and other well-known regions. We then ferment them in Lodi and serve them at our winery in Madera where you can try a bottle, paired with fine cheeses, and take some home for yourself.
