Some stories and books are more amazing than you can imagine.....my Waco Taperwing....yes ....long story on this TWA hanger-KSZP.....curious????? Steve McQueens hanger was next door...all the Yaks were across the way...Sammy Mason was just a kid...and now? ...Ace..... so many stories... in the 8th decade .... I have time to write ... and fn still fly like the wind....confusion still on how I got this old but don't feel or see it or act it........oh...right... my knee replacement...yeeehaw

Farm to table every meal! Frisée, beets, carrots, sweet onion, chervil and house made fig balsamic vinegar-the pork hot Italian sausage are on the grill! Lots of SPECIALS at the farm store tomorrow 11-5 and some U-PICK too! Or order on the food hub -links below-this salad photo from the farm is number 864! Crazy salad photographer over here! We need a salad poster🥬 I was going to add the rosemary toasted hazelnuts but everybody keeps eating them ❣️SEE YOU TOMORROW at the farm. You can see what's available on the hub but better to just pop by and get the Romano beans and some steaks!

The farm store will be open this Saturday 8/29 from 11-5! We will have some special U PICKS for all that have asked-We post on social media, and apologies for changing hours! Asian Pears are ready and on the Food Hub-Farm tours, workshops, farm dinners. Music and BBQ coming soon in September and a few photos from the Ag Tent cooking demo and of course Trashion Fashion at the County Fair last week-no, that wasn't me! My pal Ophelia was great and yes that was balling twine and fig leaves.....the farm store is closed this Saturday so please order on the food hub! Eat local and in season!

Get your orders in today on the food hub! This fabulous curry was made from the bounty of farm grown ingredients! I'll spare you the always farm fix it stories of the week but will just say Martha is awesome and the annual Lotusland Celebrates was truly another annual incredible fundraiser for the garden! Many of you know I've been involved with the garden since it began being open to the public, a docent and volunteer for over 25 years; and was graciously awarded the commission to remake the Topiary Garden in 2000... lots of history!
