Westcott Bay Shellfish Company We farm oysters, mussels and clams in Westcott Bay off San Juan Island, Washington. Visitors can enjoy LUNCH at our Tide Tables overlooking the farm operations.

Reservations highly recommended. Hours/days change seasonally, check website for current info. Summer season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) the Farm Store and Tide Tables are open for lunch Thurs thru Monday 11-4 (Farm is closed Tues/Wed). Off-season (Sept-May) the Net Shed is open for lunch Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays 11:30-3:30.

Bye Bye Mark! After 46 years planting, growing and harvesting shellfish, we wish Mark Billington a happy retirement!! Mark came to what is now Westcott Bay Shellfish Company back in 1980 from Maine as the Hatchery Manager when it was called Webb Camp. Mark educated many generations of shellfish farmers how to do what we do. And nobody can dig clams as fast as Mark. Enjoy your retirement, Mark, you have earned it and we will miss you!! Summer is off to a great start ☀️🦪
Blue skies, warm days, and fresh shellfish on the menu. Join us for grilled oysters hot off the grill, fresh raw oysters on the half shell, and a delicious clam bowl, perfect for a day by the water.
Reservation are highly recommended especially as the summer picks up, but come on out and soak up the sunshine, and enjoy the best flavors of the season. We can’t wait to share another summer with you.

We will be open 11-4pm so come join us for an afternoon on the lawn with live music from 12–3pm. We will have fresh oysters, picnic snacks, and plenty of drinks to keep the good times flowing. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs, settle in, and enjoy a summer day at the farm.
