Wheelbarrow....easiest way to bring this ewe in before it started raining. I found her laying on ice unable to get up. I brought her into the barn thinking maybe she just needed a place to get warm after laying on ice, but unfortunately the use of her back legs never returned after several days. Sadly we had to put her down. She was one of our oldest ewes. 😥

We have lamb chops, both loin and rib, available for your holiday gatherings. Along with a variety of other cuts and roasts. We have smoked ham and shoulders, and fresh pork butt. Lots of sausage varieties.

Lamb is 100% grass fed
Pork is raised on certified organic feed.

No NITRATES or NITRITES ever!!!
