Welcome springtime!! Our livestock are getting excited about the tiny shoots of grass beginning to brighten the pastures.
Although butcher time is in the Fall, it is never too early to start thinking about how to fill your freezer for next winter.
This year our price will be $3.39/lb for the hanging weight. Butcher costs are separate. A deposit of $200 is due at time of order.
