Today is the last day of Maple Weekend 🍁. Weather looks good. Come join us and learn about the maple process and sample our maple products. We have activities for kids. Get your granulated maple sugar before it sells out. We have lots of maple syrup for purchase. We are open 10-4.

Maple Weekend is here. It may be cold out but it's warm in the sugarhouse. We have lots of syrup for sale and to taste. We have some Golden syrup if you like the lighter syrup with a more delicate taste.

We can’t believe tomorrow starts the last of the Maple Weekends. Join us tomorrow and Sunday (March 28-29) 10-4pm. Campbell Maple is at 8904 Jackson Hill Road Cuba, NY. Learn about the process of making maple syrup by taking a tour of our sugarhouse. We still have lots of maple syrup, maple cream, maple candy and maple granulated sugar for sale. Be sure to sample any of our products. Kids and adults can try tapping a tree the old-fashioned way…no power. We have coloring and activity sheets for the kids. We have a scavenger hunt (try it anytime) and maple bingo for the kids and earn a prize! And we will have Sugar-on-Snow (also called Jack Wax). Today is Day 2 of Maple Weekend. Yesterday was a great day. We met some new people and got to visit with old friends. Thank you to everyone who stopped by. Weather may not be ideal today but it's nice and dry in the sugarhouse.

Tomorrow Maple Weekend 2026 begins. Please join Campbell Maple at 8904 Jackson Hill Road Cuba, NY. We will be open 10-4 on Saturday and Sunday. Some of the activities we will have are tours of the sugarhouse to explain the entire maple process. Of course, we will have samples of maple syrup, including bourbon barrel-aged syrup, maple cream and maple candy. Kids and adults can try tapping a tree the old-fashioned way…no power. We have coloring and activity sheets for the kids. We have a scavenger hunt (try it anytime) and maple bingo for the kids and earn a prize! And we will have Sugar-on-Snow or sometimes called Jack Wax. Be sure to ask for it. Hope to see you this weekend!

A few more days until Maple Weekend. With the recent snow fall, we will have fresh snow for Sugar-on-Snow or as our dad and grandfather called it Jack Wax. Also know as "maple taffy" and a new one for us: "leather britches". If anyone has heard it referred to as leather britches, please let us know! Come see us March 21-22 and March 28-29 10-4. Weather looks great!
