We’ve been blown away by the response to our cookbook announcement! 💛

A few folks have asked how the idea came about, and while we’ll save most of that story for the book itself, we can share that it all started back in April with an old Fries Bicentennial Cookbook.

When the market opened in May, we began putting together a new collection in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, honoring the folks of Fries, past and present.

After months of hard work, we’re getting close to sending the final copy to print! If you have a family recipe, a memory, or something you’d like to see included, please reach out and submit it for review before we wrap things up.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed or shown interest. We hope you’ll enjoy the finished book and find a few familiar names and memories among its pages. 💛
